Millets: Malpua and Murukku Recipes
Hi, People look out for tasty recipes out of millets, but most of the times the results are not as good as expected. So, to solve this problem I will be sharing 2 recipes here, try it and enjoy the taste of millets. 1) Kodo Malpua 1 cup Kodo flour 1/2 cup sugar (to make it healthier you can use Jaggery instead of Sugar) 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon fennel (Saunf) 2 teaspoon ghee Steps Put sugar and 1 cup of water in a deep pan and cook on medium flame for 5 minutes while stirring continuously Now take out this mixture in a bowl and take it out to cool down After cooling, add crushed black pepper, fennel, kodo flour and 1/4 cup water, mix well and keep aside.
